Weight Education for Children
It is extremely important to educate children to eat a balanced
healthy diet, to aid their development towards adulthood. Correct
practices and habits formed at a young age are more likely to
continue to later life. I have successfully worked with a number of
minor's to improve their knowledge and awareness of a healthier
lifestyle, including encouraging /incorporating sensible exercise
programmes.
