Our Body Influences the way we feel. My aim is to maintain and improve your well-being and keep you fit to enjoy your lifestyle. With over 16 years experience in the fitness industry, I have worked with male and female clients of all ages, fitness levels and with varying goals.

Every client programme/treatment is designed to meet individual requirements, improve muscular skeletal alignment and core/abdominal strength whilst incorporating the latest techniques to maximise efforts and the most effective use of time.

Whilst training, we will educate and mutually agree the most suitable way for you to meet and maintain your aims, not forgetting to enjoy ourselves in the process!

I place strong emphasis on individual care, with a competitive pricing structure.
Clients have access to a fully equipped private gym / studio, a local commercial gym, or can choose to use their own residence.
